Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so any modification or cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing your order. If your order has already been processed, we may not be able to cancel it. However, once it arrives, you can return it for a full refund.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for processing, with shipping occurring the following day. During peak seasons and holidays, processing times may be slightly extended. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.
How long does delivery take?
Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 6 to 10 business days.
What if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Will I need to pay customs or taxes?
Our prices are displayed tax-free in GBP (£). Depending on your country’s regulations, you may be required to pay import duties and taxes when your order arrives. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are the buyer’s responsibility. We cannot cover or reimburse these fees. Additionally, customs processing may cause delays, which are beyond our control. For specific charges, please contact your local customs office.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us immediately. When reaching out, include your order number, clear photos of the issue, and any relevant details. We’ll work quickly to resolve the situation for you.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. If you used a credit or debit card, refunds are typically credited within 7-10 business days after we receive your returned item or approve your cancellation. If you haven’t received your refund yet, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
